To all our customers, suppliers and business partners!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>

Due to a high increase in traffic at our\u00a0 warehouse in Lachine and in order to better serve our customers, we must introduce the following new procedures:<\/h3>\n<\/div>

1.\u00a0 Orders must be placed by phone (514-634-2252<\/span>) or by email (info@acierlachine.com<\/span>).<\/strong>
\nTHERE IS NO ORDER AT THE COUNTER.<\/span><\/strong>
\n2. A sales representative will confirm by telephone or email the DATE and TIME when you can pick up your order.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

3. Pick-up hours start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. We are closed between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

4. The deadlines for orders requiring cutting are from 1 day to 3 days depending on the quantity of cutting to be executed.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>

This procedure will allow a faster service at the time of picking-up and will help ensure public health measures during this period of deconfinement.<\/h3>\n<\/div>

Your health and the health of our employees is our priority, so we have implemented the following measures:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

– Plexiglass screens have been installed at the office and warehouse counters.<\/strong>
\n– No access for customers in the warehouse.<\/strong>
\n– 3 clients maximum in the office\/warehouse counter area.<\/strong>
\n– Respect for the social distance of 2 meters.<\/strong>
\n– Disinfectant dispensers are available for customers and employees.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>
